Plan de negocio para la implantación de una empresa creadora de programas de incentivos y eventos motivacionales para fuerzas comerciales de grandes empresas establecidas en la ciudad de Quito
Abstract:
This business plan proposes the creation of a company that designs incentive programs and motivational events for big companies established in Quito. The company will be named "TREE INCENTIVES" and will settle by three shareholders with the same capital contribution. The objective of the business is to provide the best motivational experiences for commercial teams of client companies that will improve business management while retaining and cultivating the best talent for their structures. The analysis of the industry "Other Business" was essential to determine the business viability. In the last 5 years this industry has been grown 39% and represents 6% of the total production. These results conclude a favorable environment for the business plan. The market research has define the target market which is required a general acceptance of the companies surveyed and define strategies to generate a direct reach to the solid companies registered with the Ecuadorian Superintendence of Companies. The business plan identified the opportunity to provide services to wholesale and retail trade market according to the author job experience in those companies. Market research defining an 11% unmet demand and 4% no experience niche of the total. These results define the target market of the business. The marketing plan determines the best strategies for positioning the Company on the market. The competitive advantages of this plan are the own view from the clients perspective and the adaptability to shape an effective solution for consumers. The plan will have the support off different kind of professional like business and productive human talent. Also the company will outsource services and advices to keep the business running. This plan works also with quality qualifying suppliers to set strategic alliances. The salaries will be aligned to the Ecuadorian political norms. The initial business investment will be structured on this way: 70% of own business investment and 30% remaining will be loan from the bank CFN with a rate of 10.5% per year during three years. According to the financial analysis the business plan shows commercial and financial viability of the plan with positive profit at three scenarios for 5 years. In conclusion the best option is the stage leveraged resulting NPV with $ 78,237 and the IRR of 44%.
