Plan de negocio para la implementación de un servicio publicitario digital “Atracción Digital EC”
Abstract:
The business plan for the implementation of a digital advertising service "Ec Digital Attraction" is established with its specific objectives that allow the systematic evolution of the business. among the objectives of this research work was to define the segmentation, the correct strategy for the viability of the venture, outline the strategies applying the studied and convenient concept to position in the target market and institute arrangements that manage to guide the appropriate development process. Through the analysis of the entrepreneurial processes, verification of the quantitative research given through a survey and highlighted by interviews with professionals, when proposing a business plan, it is not only a formal document and is part of the liability but it becomes a practical instrument that can show results in the medium and long term. Through the summary of preparation of this project, it was possible to demonstrate the profitable financial and economic attributes with theefficiency of the gains evidenced in the calculations of the ratios. It was found that the cash flow remunerated the costs and expenses given within the quarantine by the Covid-19 pandemic. It was concluded that the business plan has excellent opportunities to progress in theselected market niche, for which the proposed strategies is to maintain the planning of the enterprise already applied, emphasize maintaining the quality of the service and correct customer advice to achieve their loyalty, Also observe new trends and the behaviour of the competition, will allow the undertaking to retain the ostentation planned in this project
