Plan de negocio, para la Cooperativa de Pesca Artesanal Horizontes de Isabela 2015 (COPAHISA)

Abstract:

The artisanal fishing cooperative Horizons of Isabela "COPAHISA" dedicated to extract sea products to commercialize. It has 217 members, mostly men. The Cooperative COPAHISA wants to improve the way to commercialize sea products (Albacore, wahoo, sword fish, background fishes) at Isabela Island. Based on the analysis of the COPAHISA weakness and needs, a structural organizational chart, functions and internal processes was created to have a better product considering size, shape, type, capacity, technology, infrastructure, social nature and legal status to commercialize and to commitment to reference the normal development of the activities of the cooperative. The projection of the members of the Cooperative is to implement a store center to sell different kinds of seafood. The production is specially destined to the domestic consumption of the Island and at least percentage of the production to the province of Guayas. For the development of the Global plan $ 25,500 budget is required, the internal rate of return amounts to 10.98%, has a capital recovery period of 3 years 3 months. The business plan is an excellent tool for planning and organization that can develop in an existing organization.
