Plan de negocios para ampliar la empresa de promoventas dedicada a la comercialización de Pulpas de Frutas Frutasa


Abstract:

Promoventas is a company dedicated to the marketing of fruit pulp in the city of Quito. Given that it has not achieved compliance with its objectives, a total restructuring of the company was made, taking into account that markets a product that has had great acceptance, in this way the company would have the growth of this one. To examine the environment there were recognized internal and external factors, analyzing the sector, industry and business, just as the competitive forces of Porter, by publicizing the opportunities and threats in the market and the strengths and weaknesses of the business. A market research, to propose a series of objectives to determine the perspective of c1ients and potential c1ients about the product, which are met by a qualitative and quantitative research respectively, and through this has resulted in a business opportunity. A prognosis of the actual situation of the company, to examine all areas of the same and determined what it has and what it hasn’t. The analysis establishing the importance of factors that should have the company. Were subsequent changes in the firm, a strategy plan to establish a mission, vision, values, strategies, and objectives for all the areas in the company. An organizational structure accords the ideals and the size that it requires. Also a series of improvement proposals. Made a strategy marketing plan, to set targets for sales growth, positioning, customer satisfaction and strategies to be used together with a merchandising plan. Finally, was raised and an estimated financial projection to determine the suitability of the improvement proposals. It considered two aspects of the business; leveraged and non-Leveraged, with 3 scenarios: optimistic, pessirnistic and expected. We calculated the opportunity cost, the IRR and NPV, and concluded that restructuring is feasible.
