Plan de negocios para determinar la viabilidad del Negocio de elaboración y comercialización de publicitarios y recreativos inflables para la ciudad de Quito
Abstract:
The present thesis consists of the development of a business plan for the creation of a company dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of inflatable advertising and recreation in the city of Quito. The main objective is to determine the acceptance of the Ecuadoran market and the viability for the implementation of INFLOMANIA PUBLICIDAD Y RECREACION. In Ecuador, the companies are interested in commercializing their products and services through several means; be of traditional or not traditional form. Likewise, a high trend exists as for the accomplishment of corporate events for the distraction of their external and internal clients. The inflatable advertising has turned into an attractive solution for the companies that seek to announce their products, achieving a high visual impact and recall in their consumers. Additionally, the inflatable advertising are highly adaptable to any figure and design, for which they can transform in exact representations of products to scale, logos or another advertising element. As for the inflatable recreation, the increasing trend of infantile events and outdoor recreation is one of the principal incentives for INFLOMANIA's creation, besides the fact is sought to enter the market with high quality products and innovative designs that are attractive for the clients. The segments of market in which it is sought to reach are private companies with products or services of massive attention as drugstores, banks, food companies, among others. Nevertheless, it has been achieved to detect the opportunity to turn into a supplier of inflatable advertising and recreation for governmental companies. The plant and INFLOMANIAS offices will be located in the sector of the Airport and the employee payroll will be constituted by seven persons, complied of operation personnel and administrative. The financial analysis of the business was performed for the first five years. The initial investment is $43,185, of which 83% will be financed by the own capital and 17% by debt. The Net Present Value (NPV) in a normal levered up scene is $8,856.52 and the Internal Return Rate is 21%, with a discount rate of 15.50%. Therefore, one concludes that the business is viable.
