Abstract:

From the worldwide trend of using digital tools and methods such as menus, tables and other different items used to improve service in bars and restaurants, comes the idea to give a different type of service inside a bar that will allow the costumers to place their orders through an special application set in the digital menu (Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1'). The purpose of this feature is to provide a more efficient and personalized service, as well as give the customers an innovative experience to personalize their musical background with the help of the digital tool mentioned before. In addition to these differentiator features, a Gift Shop experience has also been created for music lovers to get a great souvenir in each of their visits. The overall atmosphere of the bar is based on remembering great exponents and legends of rock music genre between the decades of 1960 and 1990...
