Plan de negocios para la creación de salas de video juego y degustación de pizza Bomba en la ciudad de Quito

Abstract:

The idea of business is the creation of a company dedicated to the rent of rooms of video game and to sell bomb pizza.In the chapter one there is described the emergence of the idea of the business, which general aim is: to elaborate a plan of business that it allows to determine if there exists the opportunity to create a company that offers service of rooms of video game private roads and degustation of bomb pizza. In the chapter two there is investigated and analyzes the environment which sector grows uniformly in 6.01 % with regard to the Internal 8rute Product. Then the same thing was done by the industry, which grew 6.3 % in average during 2008. Also they were analyzed between others; the variables of the environment fell like: the speed of the change of the technology and tendency of the persons to spend. Inside the same chapter it was analyzed to the business with regard to the Competitive Forces of Porter Later to the environment there was effected the investigation of market, which results were positive in the analysis of the market and of the consumer, generating the opportunity of business that allows elaborating the organic structure of the company...
