Plan de negocios para la creación de una agencia de noticias deportivas especializada en el deporte barrial en la ciudad de Quito
Abstract:
Communication in Ecuador has become a fundamental pillar in economic development, because it greatly promotes interest in the population and generates speculation that promotes the growth of industries that their information circulates in different media. The constitution of Ecuador and the national plan TODA UNA VIDA, proposes communication without barriers and encourages projects and plans that propose improvements in the information system. Likewise, companies in the industry are being encouraged to generate communication projects in conjunction with new information technologies (ICTs). However, stagnant communication in ICTs has stagnated centering all information on social networks and digital media with little promotion and free access. The company “La Tribuna del Barrio” is focused on promoting sports communication in the neighborhood area, focusing on football; through the promulgation of ethical and transparent information through the use of a mobile application and web portal that will be completely free; in addition to promoting advertising spaces (banners) for brands, companies, institutions and clubs to communicate their messages. To determine the viability of the business idea, an analysis of the macro-center was structured and it was defined that national policies are in line with projects focused on communication with the use of new technologies. On the other hand it was known that the sector lacks a means of communication of neighborhood sports, since all the information circulates in social networks. Additionally, it was analyzed that there is a potential market for people who want a news service, calendars, images and data relevant to amateur sports; Likewise, effective means of communication to reach the target market, based on interviews and surveys, were made known. On the other hand it was known that the client is not willing to pay a monthly fee for the use of the application, so it was determined that the income to cover the expenses of the company would be paid for advertising the application and website, because the business idea to attract a large market, the interest of companies and institutions to communicate through the “La Tribuna del Barrio” is high determining that the business idea is viable.
