Abstract:

The health care has taken a lot of importance during the last years due to the increase of diseases such as diabetes induced the most of the time by a not adequate diet and a sedentary way of living. The idea of implementing a pastry-coffee shop suitable for diabetics comes from this necessity; to propone a place with an exclusively and healthy environment where people can enjoy from their preferred deserts while not worrying about the calorie’s excess and therefore deny eating them, figures like an innovative idea of a high compromise and socially responsible with the potential market. Far from being an illusion, the market research has shown an acceptation of more than 80% from the consuming of these products that joined with the quality service and the sustained growth of this industry in the country, we can observe that there exists a big business opportunity in this sector of market that has been forgotten by the competitors to only exist 3 companies that are involved in similar business and none direct competitors in the area….
