Plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa de serigrafía en la ciudad de Quito
Abstract:
After a patient and thorough field study, collecting information and statistics from the Superintendency of Companies, the Textile Manufacturers Association of Ecuador, and the research trough works of authors and institutions of prestige, public and private libraries, are been able to obtain valuable information on the textile, silkscreen prints and the same people who formed the basis for the technical, economic, and organizational study which has given the green light to create a company dedicated to the production and marketing of prints in Quito. Despite the valuable assistance provided by the information sources, we have a business kind which the company itself does not provide historical data, so it was used to learn more about the topic through interviews with experts who in turn experience has released additional data used also for the development of this study. What will be demonstrated through this plan is the cost of creating a company that offers the service of textile printing and advertising to verify whether the methods and techniques chosen to perform this activity are best suited both technically and cost; to determine the market we get against the competition, set the minimum to cover production costs and expenses and to obtain profits, and above all design a business model based on the knowledge acquired during their university careers.
