Abstract:

Business Plan starts with the analysis of the environment, where the fish farming sector in comparison to the fisheries sector grows by 8,72% per annum. The company was legally established with the management and logistics of it, creating strategies for each work area, reaching a foreign market share of 2.48% average, and the general goal of the company. The Marketing Plan was done by booth organic food fairs, publications in journals of Europe and United States, announcements in social networks like Facebook, Hi5 and Google and website, so the product at the disposal of the final consumer is pul. In addition the maximum price to export will be of $10.50 having margins of contribution of $7.61, reaching total sales of $184 902,29 the first year which makes the product available to the consumer. The Financial Analysis is done within ten years with arate of 16,14% chance of a NPV with $ 400 165,84 and a TIR of 52,84% in which determines the profitability of the business concluding that the project is viable even in the pessimistic scenario is not leveraged with a NPV of $ 282 992,24 and an TIR of 33,58%. The Plan of Contingencies identifies possible causes that could affect the good development of the project for which it is constructed to tanks of reserve and stone walls with which acts are prepared.
