Abstract:

The objective of this project was to elaborate a Business Plan for the creation of a dairy production company in the San Agustín de Callo neighborhood of the Mulaló Parish, through the project it was sought to solve the problem of the low price of milk, since this afflicted to the producers of the neighborhood, therefore, a market study was carried out, using the deductive methodology, in addition the survey technique was used, and as an instrument the questionnaire which helped to determine the demand and the potential supply through this study was determined that the target market is located in the province of Cotopaxi, canton of Latacunga, the same where it sought to cover the unsatisfied demand.
