Plan de negocios para la creación de una fábrica de embutidos vegetarianos artesanales a base de soya


Abstract:

“SOYECU”, is a business idea dedicated to the fabrication and commercialization of vegetarian soy-based sausages by means of their commercialization line “Vegan”. The following business plan analyses the feasibility of incorporating a new vegetarian product to the market, due to an existing marked tendency to consume products that lead to health care. The segment the business will focus on people of 30 years or more that wish to decrease the consumption of animal-based products or improve their dietary habits looking to look after their health. The PEST and PORTER analysis were done to determine the impact of diverse external factors the might affect the Project. It was determined that there are more opportunities tan threats, allowing the implementation of the idea in the market to become attractive. At the same time, quantitative and qualitative research were done to determine the tendencies of consumption and to be able to stablish a profile of potential consumers. The quantitative research was made through surveys and the qualitative research was made through two interviews to experts and a focus group. A marketing strategy was stablished based on the characteristics of the potential consumer, the target market segment, the value proposal of the company and the different strategies for marketing mix to deliver a differentiated product In addition, the business philosophy and the structure necessary was ruled so that the company could start their operations. A mission, vision, objectives, operating plan and organizational structure were defined. Finally, a financial evaluation was done, to prove the financial feasibility of the project from year one with a five-year projection.
