Plan de negocios para la creación de una granja ecológica ubicada en Puembo

Abstract:

This study was carried out in order to produce a business plan for the creation of the Ecological Farm "Ecoville" in Puembo, Ecuador, for family entertainment and fun. The business idea came because of the increasing trend of preservation and respect for the environment, and popular campaigns to "think green". Once given the opportunity, it was developed a process for collecting, processing and analyzing information on topics of current trends in marketing, target segment, suppliers, potential competition, supported by interviews with experts. Then it was developed a marketing plan, which raised the strategies to enter to the market and publicize the service. Then it was developed a business structure, setting parameters for the physical space, functions, duties and rights of staff. Finally, in order to provide the best customer service possible and develop a sustainable activity, we performed a detailed process to develop within the facilities.
