Plan de negocios para la crecion de una empresa de lavado y lubricado de automóviles en la parroquia de Yaruquí


Abstract:

This study aims to demonstrate the feasibility of implementing a company vehicle washing and lubrication in the parish of Yaruquí by different analyzes to be undertaken during the development of business plan. With the macroeconomic study reflect all aspects relating to external sector where the company will develop, as well as the situation in the country on issues relating to interest rates and regulatory aspects. As a result of the different variables analyzed in depth, the macro displays a positive scenario, if they develop strategies for the implementation of the company under these conditions. Market research shows the need for a car wash and car lubricated for vehicle owners who visit or live in the parish of Yaruquí, also known to us about their customs regarding use of the services to be offered by the company. As a result of this study is derived from the marketing plan to follow, which details the strategies to be applied to the services offered, the media and how to promote the services offered by the company. They also gave a financial feasibility study in which it is demonstrated that the project is viable. In this study we can see all the issues relating to investment, costs, profitability and others which demonstrate and sustain the viability of the project. From these studies are established and structured guidelines and basic guidelines of the company on issues such as processes, organization, and implementation schedule to ensure project success.
