Abstract:
This Business Plan was developed on the basis of knowing everything required for the creation of a production plant and marketer of combinations of organic spices. To this effect it was carried out a proper analysis of external environments and internal and their respective factors. The project focuses its efforts on being able to offer the market today, a high quality product that provides health and also the option to get new experience of flavors in the official prepare their meals, both domestically and at the professional level as are the chefs gourmet, additional to this is you want to be able to promote all those micro producers of organic products and to collaborate in the improvement of their socio-economic situation and thereby improve their standard of living. The new company will be called Green Field, referring to a natural and healthy green field, there was realized the respective financial study of the whole investment needed to be able to give beginning with the operations and turned out to be an initial value needed from $ 107.224,23, also in the calculation of all the financial indexes needed to be able to evaluate the practicality of a project it was possible to be known that this one project has one VAN of $ 99.984,72 and one IRR of 37,08 % confirming the viability of this business plan; finally to indicate that the period of recovery of this investment will be achieved after 5 years of operations of the new company.
