Plan de negocios para la exportación de chocolate artesanal del cantón La Maná, año 2015


Abstract:

The cocoa as traditional product of the Ecuador, for culture has been one of the principal goods of export occupying the first worldwide positions in the same proportion that his derivatives. On having spoken about cocoa always or in his great majority of times we relate it to chocolate, which is consumed enough especially in the European countries, the above mentioned demand is based especially on the special flavor that obtains the chocolate on having elaborated it handcrafted since there contains more or less 66 % of chocolate and 34 % of sugar which gives him this special and delicious flavor. Such a singularity carries to the production of the handcrafted chocolate or mixture of cocoa that takes place principally in the coastal part of the country, scene that allows to continue with activities of export of the product....
