Abstract:

Currently, stomach and digestive problems often occur in humans. Many factors can cause constipation, such as, stress, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, etc.,accordingly, people who suffer this illness seek help from natural drugs of choice to treat it. The trend to drugs with natural compounds has grown significantly. Therefore, an opportunity was found to develop a business plan to determine the feasibility of manufacturing and distributing pitahaya tablets developed for digestion and weight control in humans, in short a natural laxative based pitahaya, which fruit is a very effective laxative. The pharmaceutical industry is one of the most profitable in the world and has a significant annual growth. It is important to note that in the category of laxatives are sold only $ 2.5 million just in pharmacies in Ecuador. These data support the development of this project and the creation of Pitalax. To determine the feasibility was carried out qualitative research, quantitative and descriptive inconclusive.
