Análisis de respuesta de la coordinación de comunicación social del Hospital de Especialidades Teodoro Maldonado Carbo a los reclamos de los afiliados presentados en redes sociales y medios de comunicación, durante el periodo de marzo a junio de 2020.
Abstract:
The social communication coordination of the Hospital de Especialidades Teodoro Maldonado Carbo is in charge of taking care of the image and its reputation. Likewise, it is the one that is in charge of being a spokesperson between the authorities and the affiliates to publicize the deficiencies or positive acts of the hospital. We will demonstrate the deficiencies that the Specialty Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo had through the search for tweets and printed newspapers and we will analyze each one of them; We will show if the Coordination of Social Communication responded to the complaints of the affiliates through social networks and the media, if they carried out a strategy to help the affiliates and likewise be able to improve the reputation they had due to the crisis they were going through. lack of medicine, medical attention, rescheduled appointments, canceled procedures and other deficiencies. We will be able to know what was the structure and functions of the members of the Coordination of Social Communication; Also if there was a communication policy in order to respond to the complaints filed by affiliates in the period from March to June 2020, in which the health system was in crisis due to the pandemic caused by covid-19.
