Plan de negocios para la implementación del restaurante de comida rápida D¨ Volada, en la ciudad de Quito, zona norte, sector San Carlos.


Abstract:

This research work is the description and administrative, financial and operational analysis of the conditions that must be met for the implementation of a fast food restaurant, based on the environment of the restaurant industry in the city of Quito. The research question was to analyze aspects that contemplates a business plan for the creation of a restaurant project, mainly considering the supply, demand and market target group. This analysis framed in local issues, cost benefit and potential threats and weaknesses that must be overcome to get to consolidate over time a project of this nature. For this purpose tools for data collection, study investment and financial indicators were used, which undoubtedly have provided more appropriate for the implementation of a fast food restaurant an overview of the conditions, so that decisions are made suitable for efficiency and permanence in the market, which requires a lot of planning, resources and constant generation of new and better marketing strategies. Finally the information necessary to determine the feasibility of implementing this proposal, based on the diagnosis and financial analysis, which indicates the result of the existence of a potential market and an unmet demand of consumers in this area north of Quito was obtained, products known as fast food.
