Plan de negocios para la introducción de un medio publicitario alternativo alquiler de tapacubos publicitarios no rotativos en la ciudad de Quito
Abstract:
This project is a business plan to promote alternative advertising services through static hubcaps. The project analyzes all variables that must be taken in consideration in order to ensure success. As an initial matter, we examined the environment where the project will be developed, the history, current and future status of the service sector which contributes with 15.48% in the GDP and growing. On the other hand we found out that companies currently spend about 20% of their total budget for advertising. Then we analyzed the market and the acceptance that our product and service will be by the different media companies that use substitutes for their promotion at national level. The acceptance was positive, identifying a business opportunity. After reviewing the results thrown by the market investigation, the business opportunity was confirmed. We proceed designing the structure of the company, establishing the mission, vision, the company values, business principles, business goals, organizational environment, chain value and strategic level. Then we started the marketing plan in order to position the company as a leader in alternative advertising services through static hubcaps, stressing quality and good service in one product. The financial viability of the project was determined, based on an analysis of financial assumptions concerning revenues, expenses, costs and expenses, cash flows with and without leverage, for each, in the three scenarios (pessimistic, expected and optimistic) We can state that the project is financially attractive. To complete and complement the project, a contingency plan was developed which identifies the unexpected situations that would be detrimental to the development of the company, along with their immediate solutions. In conclusion, after having fully developed the project to introduce a new alternative advertising media such as static hubcaps in the city of Quito, is an attractive business to invest.
