Plan estratégico de desarrollo turístico sostenible para la Parroquia Sabanilla, Cantón Zamora, Provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, 2014 - 2024

Abstract:

This research work formulates the Strategic Plan for Sustainable Tourist Development at Sabanilla parish, of Zamora city, of Zamora Chinchipe province; that began with the situational analysis of it, which allowed obtaining a clear perspective of the current situation the parish experiences. It was analyzed in the physical - spatial; social - cultural; ecological - territorial; economic - productive and political administrative areas. With this preliminary information, proceeded to analyze the tourist potential of Sabanilla parish through the In-Situ visit in April 2014, in which the offer (tourist products) and demand (visitor profile and tourist problems identification) was identified through interviews, surveys and FODA analysis. By collecting all this information and the main results a series of programs and projects focused on a strategic formulation with 4 program and 7 projects were set out, which time frame is 2 ½ years, these strategies seek to improve the citizens life quality and contribute to economic development of it including the tourist activity in its daily activities.
