Análisis de riesgos laborales que inciden en trabajadores de la nave de envasado de GLP. Plan de prevención.

Abstract:

The main objective of this research work is to develop a Prevention Plan that allows to reduce the occupational risks that are present in the Packing Room of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Packing Plant located in Isidro Ayora. The same one that was made through an analysis of the current situation in which the company is located, the process was identified to later register the possible risk factors and propose solutions to the encountered problems, After the qualitative analysis, the we made triple criteria matrix, once the problems were identified, diagrams were created as very important tool effect to solve or control the risk factors existing in the work area, the expenses for accidents in the year two thousand and seventeen amount to eight thousand four hundred and thirty two dollars and ninety nine cents. As a proposal it was made an the investigation, of a Prevention Plan for Occupational Risks to help reduce and / or eliminate the risk factors to avoid accidents and possible occupational diseases which has an investment of five thousand four hundred twenty dollars and eighty cents which represents a one-point saving fifty-six times of potential expenses for accidents, It conclusions determined and necessary recommendations were given to improve the work environment and protect the physical and emotional integrity of workers.
