Abstract:

Unifida SA is a company whose primary object is to provide to small and big companies trusts and funds administration services. These trusts and funds are used as investment and / or financing sources. The content describes a brief overview of the company, its line of business and its development in the trust market. Also, it describes the different types of businesses that Unifida SA offers to its customers. However, Unifida’s internal management has a problem because it does not have an outlined goal to follow. Therefore, it is proposed a management improvement plan. It is explained, throughout the theoretical framework, fundamental applied concepts such as: strategic planning, its evolution, features, importance, objectives and strategic direction.
