Abstract:

This study aims at creating the strategic planning tor "MARKETING DIGITAL VIRTUAL PROJECTS CIA LTDA" which is a digital advertisement company. To start we have to state the general and specific objectives as well as the methodology that will be applied in order to carry out the planning. In the second chapter, we will tend the theoretical tram tor the planning, in which we can see the basic concepts and their importance for the company. In the following chapter we can observe sore information about when and how the company was put up, as well as sore history about the activities of the company in the country. The fourth chapter starts with the update of the philosophical tram of the company so that we can clear up the following questions: What was the main reason for the company to be created? How are we supposed to work inside the company? What are the goals and how tar one wants to get? Of course for these questions we must take into account all the ethical, moral, social, cultural and economic principles which rule the surroundings. Later on, in the same chapter we can tell apart the strengths (S) and weaknesses (W) through an internal! Analysis of the organization followed by a macro environment study in order to find the opportunities (O) and threats (T) That the company is facing at present. To close the fourth chapter we will carry out an analysis of the matrixes, and we will choose policies, strategies and processes aimed at fulfilling the objectives stated in the philosophical frame. In the fifth chapter we start developing the "Balanced Scored cared (BSC)". This is a tool which allows us to keep track of the objectives achievement. The chapter ends with the development of the projected balances (income and loss, general balance, cash flow) for the next time years of "ICOLIC" in Ecuador. In the sixth chapter, we have the conclusions and recommendations which were found after the complete analysis.
