Planificación estratégica como herramienta de gestión arquitectónica en establecimientos de salud
Abstract:
The following work proposes the development of a strategic plan, which will allow improvements in the administrative and infrastructure indicators of the clinical and surgical diagnostic center (CENDIACQ) to be achieved in the short and medium term. The plan developed is based on the model of the strategic management process, defining the mission and vision of the company. Then an external competitive analysis of the organization is carried out to identify the opportunities and threats, followed by an internal analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses. Through the SWOT analysis, strategies are defined to take advantage of the strengths of the organization and to correct the weaknesses in order to take advantage of the opportunities and counteract external threats. Then the objectives, indicators and goals to be achieved are established. To then elaborate the approach of the strategies that allow to finally elaborate the plan of activities to follow to make the suggested strategies for the organization a reality. What is pursued in the preparation of this work is to present a methodological process of correct strategic planning, thus contributing with a guide for improvement.
