Planificación estratégica como herramienta gerencial para el control administrativo financiero de proyectos de cotización con el sector público de la empresa DICOIL constructores integrales.

Abstract:

By what in the present investigation it is analyzed, it is perfected and is recommended, the development of its strategic plan, taking into consideration that not only it generates value to the owners of DICOIL – Constructores Integrales, if not also stability to its workpeople. On the other hand it will help us to fix priorities that it allows to concentrate to us on the fortitude of the company and will help us to treat to the problems of changes in the external environment. This work research gathers necessary information that not only will serve to DICOIL – Constructores Integrales if not that also is a topic, of momentous importance for the professionals of the construction, because a both internal and external analysis is realized, of its main Fortitude, Opportunities, Weaknesses and Threats and in turn he proposes progress for its development.
