Policies of social participation of young people in ecuador

Abstract:

The objective of this research is to analyze the policies of social participation of young people in Ecuador. The research had a qualitative approach and a descriptive scope. According to its design, it was documentary. The findings revealed that there are both at the national and international levels, policy instruments that favor the empowerment of young people. The study also revealed that in Ecuador the government has made an important effort to formulate public policies; it has also created government entities responsible for The formulation and implementation of those policies to promote said empowerment. It is concluded that despite all these actions, this age group is still vulnerable from the labor, educational and economic aspects in Ecuador.
