Políticas públicas y desarrollo rural en Ecuador. Propuesta centrada en la gestión de la junta parroquial Yaruquí. Año 2018

Abstract:

The purpose of this research was to analyze the public policies that have been implemented in the Yaruquí parish, linked to the levels of management of its parish councils, in the year 2013. Together with this, the level of citizen participation As an indispensable mechanism for the proper planning of the strategic objectives to be fulfilled by the Parish and Cantonal GAD. In the parish that is the subject of this research, although vital programs such as Healthy Ecuador, Ecuador without Barriers, Youth, Employment and Migration, Rural Good Living, and Aliméntate Ecuador have been implemented, there are still gaps in the satisfaction of needs Of its inhabitants, so that the work proposes the implementation of new programs and strategies that will make it possible to improve and raise the results achieved to date subject to analysis. This proposal is based on citizen participation and the parameters established by the Constitution of the Republic, so that the Public Managers of the Parish in coordination with the local people can make the right decisions in the future. All of these issues promote equitable rural development and better performance of parish government activities.
