Prevalencia de sarcosporidiosis en bovinos faenados en el camal municipal del cantón Piñas
Abstract:
The present investigation took data from 607 bovines killed in the Municipal Halter of the Corner Fragmentation hand grenades, province the Gold, was made from the months of 21 of Julio to the 21 of October of the 2005. The objectives that were tried were: 1. To determine the prevalence of Sarcosporidiosis in the bovine cattle killed in the Cantón Fragmentation hand grenades province of Gold. 2. 2. To establish the relation of this parasitism with the race, sex, age and origin of the positive animals. The used technique was the observation macrocospically of the language, injured of the bovines, once made the incision in the injured part of the language animal this was taken to be courteous to histológicos with the Technique of the Coloration by the Hematoxilina - Eosin. Soon these cuts were taken microphotographic to observe the parasite. Of the 607 inspected animals 107 animals were positive to sarcosporidiosis and with a total percentage of 17, 63 %.
