Principle of subsidiarity in protective action
Abstract:
Currently, students do not begin to conceptualize and therefore elaborate concrete arguments until they graduate. It is in professional practice where they must return to the concepts learned as the basis for the preparation of their defenses or final arguments. That is why recognizing and applying the established concepts and principles are of great importance from the undergraduate stage. Therefore, it is proposed as an objective of the study, to achieve an understanding of the principle of subsidiarity in protection action using concept maps as a didactic method. To do this, the level of knowledge of this subject will be determined through surveys to lay the foundations for the diagnosis. Employing concept maps as a knowledge management tool that exposes as main advantage their appropriation to eliminate the detected gaps and will end with the re-evaluation of the notions acquired on this topic in the respondents.
