Proceso de mejora de gestión de inventario de activo fijos en la Cruz Roja Ecuatoriana junta provincial del Guayas

Abstract:

Considering that the fundamental need of CRG JP GUAYAS is to have an efficient fixed assets administration in order to provide quality medical services and satisfy its patients, it is therefore necessary to acquire a fixed asset control model that guarantees the optimization of resources through the implementation of standards and guidelines. CRG JP GUAYAS, aware of its problems requires this manual of fixed assets that contains policies, records and procedures aimed at reforming the management of personal property present in the different areas of the entity; that specifically allow the control of acquisition, income, transfer, low, maintenance and repair of goods. The main objective of this project is to design a manual for the control of fixed assets that allows improving the administration and execution of medical treatments, avoiding economic losses and low prestige. To carry out the study and analysis of the information, we will elaborate surveys to the officials of the different areas of the entity, the same ones that will help to solve our problem
