Procesos administrativos del instituto Técnico superior Ana Paredes De Alfaro.

Abstract:

The present Project under the topic: “Administrative Processes of the Superior Technical Institute Ana Walls of Alfaro” it arises for the diagnosis of the ignorance of the legal attributions that have the Directives, and the executive staff of the Superior Technical Institute “Ana Walls of Alfaro” of the city of Guayaquil. The purpose of the same one is to standardize the procedures of the administrative processes to contribute to an agile and efficient attention. The methodology corresponds to Design of Investigation of Field, since it is carried out in the same place of the events. Their investigation types are: Exploratory and Descriptive. Among the sources that serve as information they consist the primary ones in the modality of systematic and objective observation; likewise, use of the secondary sources is made as: have, books, documents, newspapers, texts, Internet, as well as support documents that they sustain the foundations: theoretical, pedagogic, sociological, psychological, methodological and scientific of the present work. This project is bounded to the environment of the superior education and it outlines in its proposal the Design of a Manual of Administrative Procedures for the Superior Technical Institute “Ana Walls of Alfaro”. Their impact is momentous because in her it intends to develop a service that it responds to the demands of the context.
