Análisis del comportamiento del uso de un seguro médico privado en personas de 25 a 34 años de la parroquia Tarqui en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract:

The research "Study of the level of satisfaction of clients affiliated to a private medical insurance in the city of Guayaquil", has as purpose to determine what is the level of satisfaction of the people who reside in Guayaquil and have private health insurance, Conducted a deep search for material that allows us to develop a study, taking into consideration different bibliographical sources about this topic, relevant information, influential factors and different perspectives directly related to the subject. It was necessary to carry out this study, a descriptive and exploratory research where the profile of these people who maintain a private insurance was detailed.What are your needs? With these data, it allowed us to understand the decisions, to maintain this service and what their priorities and comments are, within the city of Guayaquil. According to the results of the research, it allowed us to define that a high percentage of the people surveyed, at the moment of knowing their satisfaction with the private medical insurance they maintain, is not completely satisfied by several factors, it is relevant to consider in the study that many People who maintain private health insurance are elderly, of a certain socioeconomic class or even people who have some type of medical background. There are also private medical plans whose value amounts to more than $ 20,000 per year according to the type of person affiliated. This research that has been carried out allows to have real and valuable information for people who are interested in different fields such as doctors, marketing, entrepreneurs or even for general knowledge. Companies can take this research as a method to know their shortcomings from another point of view and how to improve them to their best advantage, from the same situation a person in the marketing branch can plagiarize existing needs in the private health insurance market in the country.
