Producción y comercialización de la miel de abeja en la Ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract:

At the present thesis, I did an investigation of projects related to the development of a production, commercialization, and control system for honey for Apiarian Zangano Danny. I did not find any other similarity with any other project with the same variables of the present project. However, we found linked to the variables of our investigation. The general objective of this project is improving an increase the channels of commercialization of the main product of the apiarian “The honey “The methodology that we use was of qualitative type, since the main object is to know each one of the consumer preferences through the application of instruments of the investigation, I use the following: Observation, that allow us to verify that part of the prime material is wasted. Interview, during the interview with the owner of the business I was able to define each one of the process. Lastly, I did polls specifically to the current and future consumer. They evaluated and they were able to share their point of view of the product. Thanks to this study I was able to develop and apply an improved system obtaining many benefits for the product, increase on the sales, loss reduction in the process a higher advertisement index among other benefits.
