Professionalism and humanization in tourism workers. Self-Care Skills
Abstract:
The study of the well-being of the workforce is not new, and is currently being incorporated into new areas of study with the aim of improving productivity. The research aimed to characterize the organizational environment, the levels of well-being, To deal with work stress. The research was quantitative non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional observational, was conducted in the first half of 2017 with the participation of 37 graduates of engineering in tourism in Quito, who answered via email a survey designed and validated according to the objectives of the Research, using basic criteria of Muriyama. The variables were: global quality of the organizational climate, working conditions, social relations, well-being and health, subjects that contributed in the undergraduate to its self-care and suggestions to improve the competences.
