Abstract:

This research work refers to the paramount importance of a proper prior programming in the field of Civil Engineering that therefore must currently be developed in any project and even more so when it is a Sewage System for a population, in this case it is in the sectors East and Hummingbird 1 located in the center of the town of Chongón, Guayaquil canton. So the objective of the author as a researcher is to program everything that concerns this work to reach a successful and determined time, following steps and standards, such as: calculation of equipment and personnel performance, critical route schedule, schedule of equipment, personnel schedules, analysis of direct and indirect costs, which will help us to obtain the most favorable use of resources and the execution times of each activity of our project, in this way the Methodology used is the Critical Route (CPM) along with the Gantt chart, with the purpose of meeting demands for new guidance procedures that allow for the review of any project, whatever the stage it is in, locating and determining possible problems that may be faced and / or sometimes it is replanned to adapt the inconveniences; in such a way that the obtained Results.
