Proposal for implementation of the EFQM model at the University of Guayaquil based on the literature review

Abstract:

This study carries out a literature review on the evaluation and / or implementation of the EFQM model as a model of quality management in higher education institutions in order to evaluate the results like propose of application at the University of Guayaquil. The review reveals that public or private universities use the EFQM model as a complement to quality management, since it adapts to any organization at the time of conducting a self-assessment.
