Proposal of a methodology based on internal control procedures

Abstract:

The objective of the article is to propose a process improvement methodology to increase productivity in the activities carried out by the staff, in turn guarantee the economic stability of the organization and provide the staff with an efficient working environment. The proposed methodology contains the introduction, the objectives of its application, responsible for review, approval and authorization, the different policies that govern the organization, which provide guideline control and management of accounting activities, while describing the activities which are required to develop the operations of the organization and finally will flow diagram the activities with its responsible. The application of the methodology ensures the improvement of labor relations with the authorities of the organization, this will avoid conflicts and improve the work environment.
