Proposal of a technology for innovation project management in the Cuban science and innovation territorial system

Abstract:

Innovation project management has become a tool with a high degree of applicability in a variety of areas within innovation management. Its use on the territorial level acquires greater importance in an increasingly globalized economic environment. A theoretical methodological proposal is presented of a technology for project management in the innovation territorial system. It consists of a conceptual model and related procedures, and has been successfully applied for more than 10 years in the province of Holguín, raising the level of effectiveness in the management of such projects and increasing the incorporation of results as well as their impact on Holguín society.
