Análisis del cumplimiento de la normativa de las operaciones Portuarias del Ecuador y su aplicación en los puertos Ecuatorianos

Abstract:

Currently compliance with port regulations governing our country is not given fully by foreign trade operators, therefore this research is based on analyzing the activities that the direct and indirect actors if something is clear about their application and implementation in everyday life could find many people which are inmersed in the port area apply or implement regulations empirically, that is by this that although people comply fully with port conditions theoretical knowledge falls short of expectations on policy, ways to execute a pending order to comply fully with the regulations. The development of this thesis is based in a quantitative and qualitative methodological design, as this allowed us to know characteristics and fundamentals of the subject under investigation. The research is exploratory in nature since this approach provides information of direct actors who are part of the investigation. The main objective is to create a marketing communications plan to disseminate that integrates productive sectors and users, through a truthful information to present strategic plan, fostering a relationship of joint communication between entities and users, both working with their own knowledge which are very important and essential for companies involved in the logistics chain and port Ecuador maintain trained and informed its workers, partners and staff working on the responsibilities and care that should have them when you operate any port the country and that is not only a technical and operational knowledge but it is based on a foundation such as the regulations are established and implemented to be generally known. That is why after the development of this proposal is determined that globalization demand that operators of foreign trade of our country, should be within the legal framework for compliance and allow raising the standards of quality of services OCEs offered different, it is recommended that the activities of all operators must be framed in establishing regulations.
