Propuesta de análisis de las 5S como herramienta de mejora en la bodega de mantenimiento del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Zaruma.

Abstract:

In the present degreework is proposed the analysis of the tool 5S in the maintenance warehouse of the Municipal GAD of Zarumawith the purpose of generating clean and ordered spaces permanentlyand to increase the levels of productivity, a type of descriptive and observational study was used, where the current characteristics of the winery were measured. Through a survey it was possible to identify that 81% of the respondents state that there has been deterioration of materials in the maintenance warehouse, having a negative economic impact of $ 20,940.00 due to deteriorated resources in the maintenance warehouse , based on the design of the proposal through the 5S it has a total cost of $ 18,087.80, giving as a coefficient of cost 1.16 making the project feasible, recommending analyzing the methodology 5S in other areas of the Municipal GAD of Zaruma.
