Propuesta de aplicación de Lean Manufacturing en el área de ventas en la Empresa Tecnicentro Mejía.

Abstract:

The general objective of this research is to elaborate a proposal for the application of Lean Manufacturing in the sales area of the company Tecnicentro Mejía. In this study different techniques were used such as: interview, surveys, Ishikawa diagram and Pareto diagram. In the initial diagnosis it was found that the focus of the problem is the incorrect management of the personnel due to the lack of equipment and lack of knowledge of the management, since they do not have techniques for the improvement of the processes. Consequently, the proposal of the VSM tool is applied, which allows us to know and evaluate the activities that do not generate value in the process in order to reduce or eliminate them. According to the financial indicators it was demonstrated that the investment of the proposal is $ 4,780.00 US dollars, the IRR is 47.73% and NPV of $ 5818.24 US dollars which makes the proposal safe to apply.
