Propuesta de diseño de un sisitema de control administrativo para mora Lab Center

Abstract:

The present research work was carried out in a clinical analysis laboratory dedicated to the provision of services in the canton of Montalvo. Currently, the entity is experiencing an unfavorable situation, which has led to the dismissal of several employees, as well as neglect of financial information management systems, causing deficiency in the management of administrative processes affecting optimal growth of the entity. In order to carry out this research work, surveys were used directed at the personnel working in the entity, through which it was possible to corroborate the current situation of the same. In view of the shortcomings presented by the laboratory, an administrative control system is proposed that allows processes to be carried out efficiently and, in turn, obtain the optimization of resources to offer quality services for users.
