Abstract:

The present thesis deals with the creation of an internal control manual based on the model COCO and an evaluation to the operational management tasks in the Centro Comercial LA PLAYA MEGASTORE as well, This business is located in the city of Azogues, in the province of Cañar. The objective of this work is to propose politics, procedures and a brief analysis of ots operational management task in order to improve de efficiency of this business.
