Abstract:

A theoretical analysis will be carried out quoting authors with recognized scientific backgrounds, to obtain the best strategies and to be able to apply to the company, in addition a survey will be carried out to each one of the employees of the company to obtain from the first source the realities for which they are Have generated this type of problems. Finally a proposal will be developed applied to the reality of the company, in order to be able to solve the problems of internal conflicts.
