Propuesta de guía de procedimientos para el levantamiento catastral del Consorcio Barridos Prediales EC.

Abstract:

This thesis seeks to approach the necessary rules for the implementation of a guide of procedures in the predial rising, being an important element for the realization of the daily work; it is guided to the production areas in field of the ConsorcioBarridosPrediales EC. , that offers the support and knowledge of the procedures to be continued. In the elaboration of the chapter I, contains general description of the company and thinks about the problem to study. The regulatory scheme, theoretical of the project and the necessary knowledge to give a solution to the outlined problem, we find it in the chapter II. In the chapter III, the analysis, and the taking of data of the process in the company, to evaluate each one of the processes, contemplating different diagrams of studies like they are: Does Pareto, Cause - effect, why? Why?, and diagrams of flow. In the chapter IV are carried out the proposal of the guide of procedures, the same one that contemplates recommendations and continuous improvement.
