Propuesta de implementación de un CRM (Customer Relationsship Management) como herramienta de apoyo organizacional en el departamento de Talento Humano de la Corporación Educacional Ecuatoriana (COREDEC).
Abstract:
Corporación Educacional Ecuatoriana COREDEC is a private law entity created on June 13th 1988, through ministerial agreement 4443, at the moment has a list of 46 employees distributed between administrative and teachers, the institution does not have processes in the Talent of human Department nor with a management tool that allows it to speed up the information and to centralize the documentation. The objective of the present research is the implementation of CRM in order to support the Human Talent Department at COREDEC. This tool allows the improvement of the internal and external relations in the organization, making and adequate use of the information. To determine the importance of the application of a CRM , a theoretical framework was made with the necessary explanations, the population was determined and a survey was drawn for those involved, who with the results establish that the CRM implementation proposal will effectively manage the documentation. The research provides an alternative to the problem raised, fostering business development, relying on new technologies
