Abstract:

This Graduation Project “Propuesta de intervención educativa a partir del estudio bibliográfico en la Licenciatura de Ciencias de la Educación, mención de Educación Básica de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja” (Educational Intervention Proposal based on the biobliographical analisis of the Degree on Educational Sciences, especialization on Primary Education, Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja) analizes the current situation of the graduates of the School of Education The main subjects of the field investigations used for this study have taken place in Latin America, The United States of America and Europe, they include investigations about the hiring levels among educators, their situation during their university years, the novel teachers situation, the process of inmersion, and the posible solutions to the conflictive hiring conditions that currently exist and the impact that the financial crises play in each one of the regions. The conclusion that has been reached through it, is that even thought the studied regions are very diverse, the dialog between the government, the universities, the schools and the developing teachers is very limited. The proposal that is thus presented, attempts to stablish, as a starting point, dialog tables, first to evaluate, then in the future, they may become permanent open conversations that would allow to initiate and better the channels of communication among all the actors.
