Propuesta de intervención educativa a partir del estudio de casos en la Licenciatura de Ciencias de la Educación, mención de Educación Básica de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja

Abstract:

The research "Proposal of Educational Intervention from the study of cases in the Degree of Educational Sciences at the “Universidad Técnica de Loja" which has made it possible to carry out the employment situation diagnostic of the graduates, analyzing their personal vision as well as their employers in their performance in the pedagogical management exercise in the classroom or in institutional administrative processes. The sample that participated in the investigation was 5 graduates and 5 managers of different educational institutions of the Nabon Parish in Cuenca located in the Azuay Province. In this research the methods were used: descriptive, analytical and statistical, using the survey and interview as instruments, which one had allowed to determine the graduate students characteristic about their perceptions and their employers. At the end of the research, after analyzing the results obtained in which its clear the necessity for a constant monitoring by the university to its graduates students were reflected, it was possible to carry out the educational intervention proposal, to improve their employment situation in the indicated aspects as much necessary for their better performance.
